It’s opening weekend at the Greenville Drive! Join for the kickoff of their 20th season to watch them face off against the Bowling Green Hot Rods. Each day will have its own “promotion” and “game highlight.” For example, on Friday the first 1,000 fans will receive a special patch that is identical to the one that the players are wearing. Friday night will also end in a spectacular fireworks display. On Saturday, the first 1,000 individuals will receive a replica of the stadium. Additionally, Saturday afternoon will include free family day activities, like face painting, balloon art, music by DJ Sha, player autographs, and more. On Sunday, the first 1,000 individuals will receive free posters and post game autographs. Tickets start at $13. Take yourself out to the ballgame!
Tap into your creative side during a Sip & Paint night at City Scape Winery. They will be providing elegant Easter decor for individuals to paint, including a miniature bird house and hanging Easter egg. Each ticket, priced at $24.95, will include all materials and two glasses of wine. Join from 6-8 pm, and if you’re feeling hungry, you should check out their winery kitchen or cute little food truck, The Cork & Fork. Come solo or with your crew; there’s no wrong way to Sip & Paint.
The Harlem Globetrotters, an American basketball team that specializes in entertainment and comedy, has been shaking up basketball for the past 99 years. And, they are touring in Greenville this Friday! Be enthralled by trick shots, dunks, theatre, and more, all on the court. Tickets start at $38 at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena.
Fireforge is hosting a Friday Night Fish Fry this weekend, which is the best bait in town. Join for delicious beer battered fried cod, served with lemon and tartar sauce, fries, and raw oysters. Join for live music from Will Shehan & Off the Wall from 6-9pm. They specialize in soulful melodies, similar to John Mayer, Jason Mraz, and Stevie Wonder. Unwind and enjoy!
You don’t need to wait until Halloween to dress up like your favorite hero, villain, or anime character because SC’s premier Comic Con 2025 is coming to town this weekend. Join the best comic artists, writers, and media guests in the industry as they gather for a weekend of pop culture celebration. Shop for one of a kind artwork, collectibles, and props in Greenville’s vast Convention Center with like minded souls. Get autographs and pictures taken with voice actors from your favorite shows, like Brent Spiner, Charles Martinet, Craig Parker, Dean Cain, Giancarlo Esposito, Jonathan Frakes, and Kane Hodder. Tickets start at $25, but individuals 12 and under are free. It’s time to get your geek on!
