It’s time to take the bull by the horns, or rather, it’s time to watch a professional take a bull by the horns. This weekend, Greenville welcomes back the PBR (Professional Bull Rider) Pendleton Whiskey Velocity Tour for its 4th annual season. This season is already hot, hot, hot, with record breaking attendance and competition rates. Tickets are $15 at Bons Secours Arena. The stage is prepped for PBRs like Mauricio Moreira, facing off against blustering bovines in a classic match of man vs. beast.

Two

Youtube sensation and rising comedian, John Crist, is stopping by Greenville this weekend for his Emotional Support Tour. With more than 197,000 tickets sold, his shows are quickly selling out all over the country. His greatest hits include “Honest Football Coach,” “Every Parent at Disney,” and “Brands that need to be CANCELED.” Tickets start at $29.95 at the Peace Center.

Imagine taking your newly purchased boat out into the open water for a day of sun, relaxation, and fishing. The first step to owning a boat, or just appreciating such beautiful machines, is to visit the Upstate South Carolina Boat Show. Get an inside look at various boat models, such as Fishing, Pontoon, Speed, Ski, Cruisers, Personal Watercraft, and more, this weekend at the Greenville Convention Center. Tickets are $7, and parking is $5. Cruise around the convention, gaining information on all your boat related questions, and get ready to sail off into the sunset.

Four

Most people don’t know that there are ghosts in Greenville. Discover their stories during a Greenville Paranormal Walking Tour, led by Dustin Bays or Gabe Matthews. Both are members of the Truth Searchers: Paranormal Investigators, and they consider themselves paranormal educators. This 2 hour, 2 mile hike starts at the Rose Crystal Tower in Falls Park and winds its way through the city. Tickets are $25 per person. While there is no age restriction, parental guidance is advised as certain stories contain themes related to death and Greenville’s darker history. Additionally, EMF meters are available for walkers to use to gauge paranormal activity. Enjoy!
