If you’ve ever heard a room full of people belt out lyrics to “Take Me Home, Country Roads” or participated in a country line dance, you know the power of country music. It is more than lyrics and sound; it brings people together. Join in the rhythm at Rockin’ Boots, Centre Stage’s country music concert, performing country’s greatest hits. Enjoy covers of artists like Johnny Cash, Garth Brooks, Toby Keith, Reba McEntire, Kenny Chesney, Carrie Underwood, and more. Tickets are $33, and the show starts at 8pm. Bring your dancing shoes!

Three

Looking for a casual, pop-up event while exploring downtown Greenville? Celebrate the end of the week by participating in a Main Street Friday. Every Friday on Noma Square, free musical entertainment is offered from 5:30-9:30. (Note that music begins at 5:50pm and 7:40pm). Noma Square is close to several local eateries and breweries, such as Roost, Provencia, Trio, and more. Seating is limited, so please bring a folding chair if possible. Finally, it is not uncommon for dancing to break out in the square, making it the ideal spot to people watch or join in the fun!

The hunt is on! Join the annual Eggtastic Easter Event this Saturday at Greer City Park for some old fashioned, home town fun. Throughout the afternoon, children ages 1-10 are invited to race, separated by age. Additionally, children are invited to enjoy free activities, such as inflatables, crafts, and games. Food and beverages will also be available for purchase via food truck, and the Teddy Bear Mobile will also be in attendance! Join the city of Traverler’s Rest for A Hoppy Springtime Hunt like no other. There are no eggs on this hunt; instead, participants are searching for hidden bunnies in a downtown scavenger hunt. Upon arrival, pick up your free bunny ears and get your face painted to kick off the party. Then, follow the clues of the Bunny Hunt card until you find the prize at the end. Enjoy crafts and photos with the Easter Bunny himself. See you there!
