Enjoy a winter wonderland this November-January in the heart of downtown Greenville at Ice on Main. Located at Village Green, Greenville’s local skating rink is an outside venue perfect for the whole family. Hot chocolate and treat sales are available for purchase on select dates. Adult tickets are $10; children tickets are $8. Tickets are valid for 1 hour skating sessions. It is recommended to purchase tickets online to reserve your spots!
Celebrate the magic of the holiday season with Bons Secours 38th annual Festival of Trees. While on a stroll through downtown Greenville, stop by the Courtyard Marriott and Hyatt Regency hotels to enjoy an opulent display of eighty seven picture perfect Christmas trees. Individual trees are sponsored by local businesses, schools, and organizations; all proceeds benefit the Bons Secours St. Francis Cancer Center. This is a free event, but donations are encouraged. Slow down and enjoy a walk with friends or family amongst the twinkling lights in downtown Greenville. After all, this season, “is about loved ones coming together, and we’re so proud to host an event that has become a longstanding tradition for many Upstate families,” says Foundation President, Erik Whaley. This festival runs from November 17th-December 25th.
Fireforge’s Crafted Brewery and Taproom is excited to announce that its beloved Farmer’s Market is returning to Greenville. Shop from 30+ vendors, offering fresh produce, seafood, tea, and more. This weekend, The West End String Band will be playing and Chef Shana Garcia will provide a free demonstration regarding how to bring herbs and vegetables “to the next level.” The market will run from 11-2, come rain or shine.
This Saturday, visitors to the Greenville Zoo are encouraged to race like cheetahs in the annual Zoom Through the Zoo 5K. This event includes a 5K ($25) and Kids Fun Run ($10), and is the only race that travels through the Greenville Zoo. Each 5K runner will receive a tshirt and guest ticket to the Greenville Zoo. After the race, enjoy music, snacks, and an award ceremony in Cleveland Park. Be sure to sign up online to reserve your spot today!
At Wine & Design, it’s all about connecting with loved ones in an environment prepped for fun, relaxation, and painting.
