Step right up, folks; the fair is coming to town. The Piedmont Interstate Fair has been going strong for 79 years and is a beloved family tradition in the Upstate. Individuals of all ages are invited to check out the Petting Zoo, Pig Racing, mini golf, live music, and carnival rides. Live shows will highlight Doc Magic and Lew-E the clown. And no fair experience is complete without the snack options: chicken tenders, funnel cakes, French fries, and deep fried Oreos, to name a few. Just be sure not to eat too soon before taking a spin on the Ferris Wheel or Tilt-A-Whirl. Prices depend on the night. With just a short drive from Greenville, discover a world filled with colossal carnival rides and Cotton candy!

Although Hurricane Helene postponed the 41st Annual Aunt Het Festival last week, it is now happening in Fountain Inn on Saturday, October 12th. All are invited to get out into the sunshine and enjoy family friendly activities, including rides, crafts, and a car show. Fountain Inn has celebrated this tiny but wholesome festival since 1983, and they are prepared to show out even more this year. Food and beverages will be available for purchase, and the festival itself is free. Enjoy this weekend from 9-5!
