This Saturday, the Greenville Symphony Orchestra is more accessible than ever during their free concert at Camperdown Plaza. During this Family Freude Fest (which means “joy” in German), families are invited to pull up a chair and enjoy performances by members Amy Moyer, Kayle Fernandes, Nate Lueders, and Hayley Burton. At 10am, they will perform Lollipops, a classical show that is best suited for ages 3-8. (Each child will receive a lollipop, too). Then at 11am, individuals of all ages are invited to sing alongside the Greenville Symphony. It’s an event that would make even Beethoven proud!
Hops and Herons is quickly becoming one of the best beer festivals in the Upstate. Chill out to live music from the Brooks Dixon Band while enjoying unlimited samples. Children are invited to check out the bubble station, face paint station, and corn pit. Prices vary, depending on the day; all proceeds go towards their nonprofit organization. Surround yourself with the natural beauty of the hills and heavens this weekend at Hops & Herons.
