Positioned in the air conditioned Welcome Center at Unity Park, this event will include a traditional Korean dance, fashion show, wedding, K-pop performance, and Tae Kwon Do demonstration. Enjoy Korean delicacies, such as bubble tea, while exploring the rich festivities offered by the Korea Center of Greenville.
Welcome to Coffee Underground, a cozy hot spot flowing with flavored lattes, specialty frozen frappes, signature cheesecakes, and more. The intimate ambiance of Coffee Underground is the ideal spot for an open mic and poetry slam. Hosted by Jenice Pleasant, this Sunday’s show features Greg Murray, aka A Poet Named Superman. Open mic slots are a first come, first serve opportunity, so be sure to arrive when doors open at 7. All styles welcome. Tickets are 10$ and available for purchase online to reserve your seat.
Everyone loves a night out; now it’s the kids' turn! Children ages K5- 5th are welcome to a fun filled evening filled with games, activities, food, and more. Childcare will be provided from 6-9 at the Phillis Wheatley Community Center, a safe and secure environment. Meanwhile, parents can enjoy a night out on the town as well, exploring all that the beautiful city of Greenville has to offer. Sign ups are 15$ for local residents and 19$ for non local residents.
Few sounds are more gripping than a humble bow gliding across a waiting violin. It’s magic. Magic, also known as the Greenville Symphony Orchestra, is coming to the Peace Center on September 9th and 10th. This show features Geoffrey Robson, Andrius Žlabys, Richard Strauss, Don Juan Florence Price, and Johannes Brahms. Tickets range from 20$-85$, and the show starts at 7:30.

Come ready to be inspired this weekend at Anime Town 2023, Greenville’s largest anime convention. This event features voice actors from Dragon Ball Z, My Hero Academia, One Piece, Pokemon and more. Exhibits include anime improv, costume demonstrations, souvenir tents, and voice actor Q&As. Come dressed as your favorite anime character, and enter the cosplay contest, if you dare.
